Pilates (1 Hour)
1 hour 1 on 1 session.
The Initial Pilates session will include an in-depth history taking, biomechanical assessment to allow us to create a bespoke Pilates exercises routine.
During your initial Pilates session, we will conduct a thorough assessment, including a detailed history to better understand your needs. This assessment will help us design a personalized Pilates exercise routine exclusively for you. Our session will encompass a combination of Mat Pilates exercises and Reformer Pilates exercises. By incorporating Pilates-based exercises, we can effectively target specific areas of your body that require increased flexibility or strength.
To ensure your progress extends beyond our sessions, we will provide you with a tailored home exercise program to complement the supervised sessions. This program will support your ongoing Pilates practice and help you achieve your goals.
Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy
When you book your session, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please contact Solomon Canevero as soon as you know you will not be able to make your booking session. If cancellation is necessary, I require that you contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Booking sessions are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that booking slot.
How to Cancel Your booking session
If you need to cancel your booking session, please call me at 020 7459 4692 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. I wiil contact you as soon as possible.
A cancellation is considered late when the booking session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking time. A no-show is when a patient misses a booking session without cancelling. In either case, the patient will be charged the full booking session cost.
