Description
The initial Physiotherapy session will include an in-depth history taking, biomechanical assessment, manual therapy treatment, to get you out of pain and a bespoke home exercise program. The manual therapy component of the session, may include massage, manipulation, acupuncture and taping. You will also be provided with a full injury report and online exercise program, to help you understand your injury and perform your exercises independently.
